To ensure quality service and a smooth scheduling process, please review our service policies before booking an appointment.

Service Policies & Terms

Appointments

• All services are provided by appointment only.

• Appointment requests are subject to approval and confirmation.

• Customers arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions listed below.

Booking Requirements

To schedule an appointment, please provide:

• Vehicle VIN Number

• License Plate Number

• Email Address (for invoices and service records)

Authorization for Service

• A service consent form must be signed before any work is performed.

• By scheduling an appointment, you authorize Ruiz Total Car Care LLC to perform the agreed-upon services on your vehicle.

Warranty

• All completed labor includes a 1,000-mile or 30-day warranty, whichever comes first.

• Warranty covers labor performed by Ruiz Total Car Care LLC only.

• Warranty does not apply to customer-supplied parts or failures unrelated to work performed.

Payments

• Payment is due in full upon completion of service, prior to vehicle release.

• We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

• Tap, Chip, and Swipe card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A $50 cancellation or rescheduling fee applies to appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice.

• This fee may be applied toward the balance of your next appointment.

Customer-Supplied Parts

• Labor performed using customer-supplied parts carries no warranty.

• Ruiz Total Car Care LLC is not responsible for defective or incorrect customer-provided parts.

Mobile Service Conditions

• Service may be declined or rescheduled if working conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Additional Repairs Authorization

• No additional repairs or charges will be performed without customer approval.

Invoices & Service Records

• Invoices and service records will be sent via email or text message after service is completed.

CARFAX Reporting

• Eligible services may be reported to CARFAX for maintenance history documentation.
